About the lecture
On June 24 at 16:00, the Arktur Institute of Longevity and Rejuvenation invites you to a live phytopractice seminar: “Ivan Kupala: Three Nines”.
The meeting is built around a basic phytotherapy formula: three groups of nine healing herbs. We will discuss how to work with plants at the peak of their flowering, how to choose the right time for gathering, and how moon phases, time of day, and drying methods influence the process.
The practical part is dedicated to creating herbal compositions for teas, ointments, tinctures, and Kupala amulets.
The seminar lasts 3 hours. Participation fee: 30 EUR. Please bring paper bags for plants. The practical course is led by Giedrius Ubartas, a specialist in Eastern medicine, bioenergetics, and the heritage of Prussian incense.
