Edward Bach Flower Elixirs

This separate practical meeting is dedicated to Edward Bach flower elixirs and gentle work with plant flower essences.

In a natural environment, participants will discuss how flower essences are gathered into crystal or glass vessels, and how clean water, light, and the state of the plant become part of the method.

The meeting is not about a mechanical recipe, but about attentive contact with the plant, the person’s inner state, and subtle support for the body and emotional balance.

Please bring a palm-sized glass container. The meeting is led by Giedrius Ubartas.
