About the lecture
On 30 October, the Arktur Institute of Longevity hosts a day dedicated to the samurai tradition in Vilnius. Led by Katori Shinto Ryu representative Arnis Spurzini, the programme introduces bonsai shaping, samurai practice and a Japanese tea ritual.
11:00 · Bonsai: trees of longevity. A practical workshop with the master, exploring tree-shaping principles and the art of bonsai. Venue: Arktur Institute, Vytauto g. 44, Vilnius.
15:00 · Samurai practice in Vingis Park. A three-hour session on principles of energy management in the samurai tradition.
18:30 · A Japanese ritual tea gathering in the samurai tradition.
The full-day fee is 99 EUR. Individual parts can also be booked: bonsai shaping workshop - 33 EUR; samurai energy exercise training - 66 EUR.
